The project
The brief called for two residential blocks accommodating varied apartment sizes to suit different needs. The design responds with a calm, precise composition of three-storey volumes, arranged around a shared entrance court.
The facade pairs a light stone-toned render with dark metal accents and timber cladding. Deep recesses frame the glazing, while planted balconies bring greenery to the elevations and soften the transition between architecture and the wooded landscape.
