Since 1985
Forty years on the same ground
Nazih Dergham opened the practice in 1985 and it has stayed in the family since. Architecture and construction were never separated here: the office drew the building and then went out and built it.
That counts for more in Lebanon than it would elsewhere. Currency moves, power cuts out, a supplier goes quiet for a month. A practice that has worked through all of it prices a job honestly and finishes it anyway.
Today the second generation runs the work, across design, development and execution, with the same people on a project from the first sketch to the last inspection.

Nazih Dergham
Founder · Architect
Nazih Dergham founded the practice in 1985, establishing its foundation in architecture, construction and a hands-on approach to building. Over four decades, his work and experience shaped the values on which the firm continues to operate today.
His role represents the continuity of the practice — a legacy of experience, professional responsibility and knowledge passed from one generation to the next.
Zaher Dergham
Architect · Managing Director
An architect with an MBA from the Lebanese American University, Zaher leads the practice today across design, development and execution.
His work extends from architectural design and project planning to feasibility studies, cost orientation, construction strategy and on-site execution. By combining design thinking with commercial and technical understanding, he guides projects from the earliest concept and investment decisions through coordination, construction and final delivery.
Having started his career alongside the firm’s founder, he continues that experience through a contemporary practice where architecture is considered not only as design, but as something that must be financially sound, technically resolved and properly built.
Sally Dergham
Architect · Interiors & Design
Sally Dergham is an architect specialising in interiors and the detailed design of residential spaces.
Her work focuses on interior architecture, furniture, materials, finishes, lighting, accessories and the relationship between interior and exterior spaces. She develops the atmosphere and character of each project through careful attention to proportion, materiality, colour and detail.
Working across architecture and interiors allows her to carry the architectural concept into the spaces, furniture and finishing elements that ultimately define how a project is experienced.
